At Mode-a-Porter, we believe in quality and honesty. That’s why we accept returns or exchanges only under specific circumstances:

The product is damaged, torn, or has a manufacturing defect.

You received the wrong size, or the fit isn’t quite right.

There’s a noticeable colour issue (e.g., you ordered blue and received purple).

All requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

To start a return/exchange, please fill out the Return Request Form on our Returns Page.

The product must be unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you within 24-48 hours with the next steps. If approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange or return process.
🚫 What We Don’t Accept:
We pour time, care, and craftsmanship into curating our collections. Many of our outfits are designer pieces, often made-to-order or part of limited drops. That’s why we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Change of mind or personal preferences (“I don’t like it anymore,” “I thought it would be different,” etc.)

Returns requested after the 3-day window

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
