Seller Responsibilities

Sellers and designers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory
  • Processing orders within the agreed timelines
  • Providing correct product images and descriptions
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations

Product Information

All product information submitted by sellers must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Order Fulfilment

Sellers are expected to fulfil confirmed orders according to the agreed shipping and handling requirements.

Customer Experience

Sellers should maintain professional communication and provide appropriate support regarding their products and orders.

Compliance

MODE-A-PORTER reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove listings that do not meet marketplace standards.

Seller Fees

Applicable seller fees, referral fees, closing fees, logistics charges, and other marketplace charges will be communicated according to the applicable seller programme terms.
