We understand that plans can change. Cancellation requests are accepted only before an order has been processed or shipped.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, contact our customer care team as soon as possible with your order details.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may be eligible for a return or exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order, customised, or specially prepared products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

Refunds

If your cancellation is approved and payment has already been made, the applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable refund terms.
