✅ We Accept Returns or Exchanges If:

  • The product is damaged, torn, or has a manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong size, or the fit isn’t quite right.
  • There’s a noticeable colour issue (e.g., you ordered blue and received purple).

Quick Checklist Before You Request a Return

✔ Make sure it’s within 3 days of delivery.
✔ Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
✔ You’ve filled out the Return Request Form on our website.

But Remember:

  • All requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • To start a return/exchange, please fill out the Return Request Form on our Returns Page.
  • The product must be unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you within 24–48 hours with the next steps. If approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange or return process.

What We Don’t Accept

  • We pour time, care, and craftsmanship into curating our collections. Many of our outfits are designer pieces, often made-to-order or part of limited drops. That’s why we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

    • Change of mind or personal preferences.
    • Returns requested after the 3-day window.
    • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

    These policies help us ensure quality, fairness, and sustainability for both our designers and our customers.
